How To Prepare:
Soak 1 cup of chickpeas overnight using 2 cups of spring water, once soaked you find that chickpeas has soaked up majority of the water, Bring to a boil 2ltrs of spring water and add the chick peas. Jamaican chickpeas take longer to cook than most chickpeas, so approximate time to cook 1-2hrs once checking after to see if they are soft and ready to eat!
